Pipeline solutions
We do the complete designing & installations at sites which includes over head lines and underground lines by providing complete piping solutions for oil, air, vacuum, steam, chillers, water, nitrogen, oxygen, helium, other gases, etc.
We also offer comprehensive piping packages and corresponding value added services for various inductries, including, Oil & Gas, Chemical processing, Marine industries, Food & Processing, Plastic & Packaging, Sand Blasting & Painting, etc. Our experienced and expert technicians uses their collective skills to ensures that the assembly of piping which is carried out according to specific plan.
We use high quality pipes like Class B, SCH40 in GI & MS, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, PPR, HDPE, etc. of sizes starting from 12.5mm(1/2”), 20mm(3/4”), 25mm(1”), 40mm(11/2”), 50mm(2”), 63mm(21/2”), 75 mm(3”), 100mm(4”), 150mm(6”), 200mm(8”), 250mm(10”), 300mm(12”) & above and an extensive range of accessories to match the customer specs. All systems are handed over after testing and ready for operation.
Exhaust ducting
We are capable of designing & fabricating any type of ductwork like Compressor exhausts and hot air oulets, machine hot exhausts, etc. according to customer needs and specifications. We work closely with our client to ensure their needs are met in full. With that, we ensure the specified system is the most efficient solution and shall recommend to enhance the relevant specification wherever necessary.
Fabrication
The one-stop resource for all your fabrication requirments like above/underground storage tanks, Heavy Duty Frames, Skids, Filter Cabines etc. It includes plate material procurements as per the code requirment, plate rolling up to 10 mm thick, pre forming, and wleding of plate segments.
Our Scope inclueds full design and engineering, and other related services. We also provides tank repair and maintenance services, including bottom replacements, shell repairs, fixed and floating roof repairs and replacements, tank re-Leveling, fittings and appurtenances, special design and engineering work, as well as internal coating of tanks & bottom plates.
Heat/Fume extraction system
